Respondable Consulting Services Terms of Service

 1. Acceptance of Terms

 By purchasing a subscription to Respondable Recruitment Marketing ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Services are provided by Respondable LLC ("Company"), a Texas-registered entity. The Company offers Services only within the United States.

 2. Services Description

 Respondable offers three subscription tiers:

 a) Friendly Advisor: $1,000 USD/month for up to 4 hours of consulting.

 b) Talent Developer: Weekly 2 hours and up to 10 hours of consulting monthly.

 c) Results Project: Up to 20 hours/month, 5 hours/week, includes assistance with recruitment ad campaigns and vendor meetings.

 3. Payment and Refunds

 Services are paid upfront via credit card. Services commence upon payment receipt. If unsatisfied, clients may request a refund within 5 business days of payment by writing to their client contact. Refunds are the sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services.

 4. No Warranty

 Services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Company makes no representation or warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or expectations.

 5. Client's Responsibility

 Clients are responsible for actions taken based on our consulting. The Company is not liable for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on any information or advice provided during our consulting sessions.

 6. Governing Law

 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 7. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
